Helen Drake Senior Village – Phoenix, AZ

New construction of a 70,092 gross SF, 80-unit apartment complex to be located at 7606 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix, AZ. Construction shall be a combination of stucco & fiber cement lap siding over wood frame on post-tensioned slab-on-grade. All site work is included.

This project is subject to Davis-Bacon Wage Rates and Section 3 Reporting.
